WHAT IS CHIROPRACTIC?
Chiropractic is a type of conservative healthcare, meaning no drugs or surgery, that uses a variety of techniques to treat musculoskeletal conditions. This can include adjustments, muscle work, dry needling, rehab exercises and more.
-
SHOULD I SEE A CHIROPRACTOR?
Yes! Most people benefit from chiropractic. We can help treat neck pain, mid back or low back pain, headaches, muscle pain, disc herniations, whiplash, nerve pain, sports injuries, shoulder, elbow, wrist, foot, ankle, knee and hip pain, arthritis, fibromyalgia disorder, carpal tunnel syndrome and more!
Chiropractic adjustments help to restore motion in joints that aren't moving well. When joints are not moving properly it causes pain and dysfunction. Once we get the joints to move correctly most patients find relief from their symptoms.
Even if you have had previous surgery, there are many safe options for your care.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT DURING MY FIRST APPOINTMENT?
During your initial visit, we will get to know a bit about you and your health concerns through a full consultation and exam. Based on all of the information collected, we will create an individualized treatment plan for you.
If no further testing or imaging (x-ray or MRI) is required, you will receive your first treatment. This may include: spinal and/or extremity adjustments, soft tissue therapies, dry needling, or neuromuscular rehabilitation.
Following your treatment, you will be prescribed home care instructions and recommendations for your follow-up visit and the remainder of your treatment plan.
